The Seattle Sounders will visit Real Salt Lake in the fifth round of the U.S. Open Cup on June 28.
The Sounders advanced Wednesday with a 2-0 win over the Kitsap Pumas. The fifth-round pairings were determined Thursday by lot among four geographical divisions.
The Sounders-RSL winner will go on to visit the winner of the fifth-round match between the Los Angeles Galaxy and Portland Timbers.
The draw to determine hosts for the semifinals and final will be held Tuesday. Coach Sigi Schmid thinks the draw is the best way to go, even though it worked against his team this time.
